Return Window

AIU accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Contact AIU at support@allinclusiveunlimited.com or (571) 316-0238 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. AIU will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once AIU receives and inspect your return, AIU will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to AIU's error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color instead? Let AIU knows when you contact AIU and AIU will help arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale or clearance
• Items that show signs of wear or use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact AIU right away — AIU will make it right at no cost to you.
